Trying to figure out Silver or Silver Plate

Have a set of flatware, with attached marks on the items. Any assistance on identifying the marks, if it’s silver content or plate?

I’m fairly sure this is Danish electroplate. A 2 towers mark was used in Denmark on electroplate between the 1890s and 1930s. The “90” would indicate that 90 grams of silver was used in plating a set of utensils and the “P” would for “plet” = plated.
