Trying to identify Danish Mark - Silver? Silverplate?

Inherited from my grandmother. I suspect it was acquired mid 1900s, not later than 1970.

Am attempting to determine mark (sorry for the poor photo) and if it is silver or silverplate.

TIA for any assistance.

I suspect electroplate as it doesn’t have Danish silver marks. To get a better picture of the marks try it in daylight without flash and don’t try to get too close - a smaller in-focus picture is far better than a large blurred image.

Thank you. What % silver do you think that means the pieces are? Again, thank you!

U welcome! The “P” stood for plet or plated. I don’t know percentage.

Thanks. It sounds like the value of the piece is not in the silver, but in the piece itself and its design. That’s what I’m trying to assess. Am I right?

This vessel is interesting because it has handles similar to the decorations on the candlesticks of this craftsman. Beauty can be in the details…
