Unknown hallmark on spoon

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help me understand these hallmarks on a spoon I found. I’m new to collecting silver, so don’t have much experience. The spoon was being used to clean gutters by a house owner in Adelaide South Australia. The only spoon in the household with hallmarks of any sort. Appreciate any help. Best Regards, Dave.

This is a typical electroplate mark. The manufacturer, SL, is not known to me but if it is English then the Gothic B may stand for Birmingham.

Given the condition of the plating I suggest that gutter cleaning would be a worthwhile use for it (sorry!).

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I was kind of suspicious about the silver content. Anyway, not too disappointing, as no expectations. I’ll spend some time learning a bit about the subject. Regards, Dave. Adelaide SA
