Hi all - I’ve not been able to identify these three marks on a silver ladle. The handle has what appears to be an 18th or early 19th century set of initials. Any help is appreciated!

The middle mark is Porto (Portugal) mark from the end of 18th/ beginning of 19th century. The PC mark is a Porto maker mark from the beginning of 19th century. The other mark is unknown to me.
