Came across this silver invalid feeder, appears to be quite old. Marked POLLACK with upside down 13. Solid silver with ivory disc on handle and etched bird design. Any help on identifying origin and age would be greatly appreciated.

This may be German: 13 meaning the 13 Loth silver (812.5/1000), and Pollack the maker. If so probably 19th century. Unfortunately, one cannot be sure unless the same maker mark is found for comparison.
