I have French tee spoons (vermeil) from 1819-38 period ("Greek mask " and “Raphael” 800/1000 marks). However, I can not assign the maker to the mark (see below). It is a letter F over crossed wands or maybe stylized letter X, there are two dots at the sides and something below, maybe a pin. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
