Unusual Silver fork hallmark ID please

Hello I have this fork with some marks on, can anyone ID please? Thank you

When you clean the fork you will almost certainly find that the double letter mark beginning with ā€œEā€ will be EP. This shows that the composition of the fork is electroplate and not solid silver. The manufacturers, C&W, are not known to me but the ā€œSā€ very probably stands for Sheffield. The fork is very likely to be a bread fork.
