It’s not a hallmark as your cocktail shaker is electroplated, not silver. Normally electroplate can not be accurately dated, but a few of the larger companies used their own private date coding systems and Walker & Hall was one of those companies. The letter Y in the 5-sided figure under their flag trade mark is their code for 1951.
