Walker and hall tea set x3

Hi, I am new to silverware and have no idea how to read the hallmark.

Can somone tell me what this means??

Stamped with walker and hall, sheffield, england 1653

Under the flag it has 76 on one item, 56 on another item and 49 on the last item

Any guidance would be hugely appreciated!

These are manufacturer’s marks, not hallmarks, as your tea set is electroplated, not silver. 1653 is an identifier of the set/pattern but we don’t have any records to show when this number was used so cannot date your set. The other numbers to which you refer have no obvious significance.
