Walker & Hall Candlesticks

Clearing my grandma’s attic, we found a few pieces of what I now know to be silverplate, rather than silver. I’ve been doing some searching tonight on the candlesticks (or what I assume to be candlesticks, anyway), and have been able to approximately date them, but can’t work out what the rest of the information means, or find anything similar online.

I’m really hoping someone might be able to give me a bit more information about these pieces if at all possible, because I’m intrigued by them now!

Thanks in advance!

These are vases rather than candlesticks and, judging from the crispness of the marks, probably date from the mid-20th century. 12911 is a pattern number. Not sure about 96.
