Love to know about the Walker & hall 2 flags crossed over
I haven’t seen the double-flag symbol before. The “m” is, I think, W&H’s date code for 1930 so there does not seem to be any significance there - no extra special events in 1930 that I can think of and it’s not a W&H anniversary either.

I did have a search on this letter M. It seems to be the M letter type for 1923. I still do not seem to find any event in 1923 warranting this double flag. I thought I just add a photo of the actual bonbon dish
