Inherited a Walker & Hall ladle but the hallmark is weird, can’t find anything to match it.

This isn’t a hallmark - it’s not sterling silver. This is just electroplate made by Walker & Hall, Sheffield. Because it isn’t a hallmark, it’s not possible to date the piece - there is no “date letter.” The “S” just stands for “Sheffield.”
In fact, it might not even be electroplated, which would normally carry a mark like EPNS (electroplated nickel silver). The piece might be just one of the many copper alloys, like nickel silver, which contain no silver at all, with no silver plating.

BTW, I wondered for a moment if it might be stainless steel, but that triggered a dim memory. I had an inherited set of inexpensive flatware that was W&H, and was stainless. But those pieces were marked differently. Sure enough, I still have a couple of the spoons kicking around in a kitchen drawer, and W&H did, indeed, mark their stainless, either as “STAINLESS” or as “NON-STAIN.”

It seems the rounded pennant on yours dates it to before 1910.
