Can anyone explain what these are and any idea of price too.
They are for young children to learn to feed themselves. The “pusher” is used to manoeuvre food on the plate and the ladle-shaped spoon is intended to make it easy for them to find their mouth. I don’t know how effective they are - our kids used ordinary small spoons and forks.
Value is pretty minimal - you might find someone to give you a few pounds for the set.
