What can be known about these two spoons?

Greetings. I have two spoons that I can’t identify the marks on. Can I ask for help with identification?
I’m a beginner, I tried but it didn’t work.

Wild guess, and again, apologies for the necropost, but the eagle markings look like the Reichsadler of the German Empire and the crown on the back of the bowl looks like Imperial crown worn by the Kaisers from 1871 - 1918, so possibly part of a Prussian officer’s canteen? Resurrecting this post because I find these spoons interesting and I’m hoping someone smarter than I can chime in.

The second spoon - I think it’s from Russia. Some kind combination of double headed imperial eagle (Moscow/St. Petersburg).
