OK, I took a chance and pasted that URL into my browser address bar and got a login request from facebook. Use the “Add an Attachment” feature to add your pictures - and make sure their maximum dimension (height or width) is no greater than 500 pixels.

I cannot find a mark anywhere on this item or it’s twin.

It appears to be for heating water or keeping it warm. I think the ring at the bottom would have held some sort of burner. I am not qualified to comment on possible manufacturers.
