So my flatmate and i found this spoon in our kitchen and after roughly four hours of searching the internet we still have no idea what its used for…help!?

It appears to be a “pusher”. When young children first learn to use table implements a spoon and pusher used to be the prescribed way of proceeding. So it is used to push food onto a spoon by young children.
It looks to me like a food pusher, for feeding baby.
Either that, or it’s been adapted from a larger spoon.
