Who is the maker ?

Hi just bought this item, I know it’s got a Birmingham hallmark a nd was made in 1998. The problem is who is the maker PJM.

I have seen the mark before with assay dates 1998 to 2009 but have not been able to identify it.

I personally think it is a continental maker, imported and assayed over here.

I have researched this mark before with the Birmingham Assay Office, who, at present, have PJM as Period Jewellry Manufacturiing.
