I know it is obvious who the maker was of this but I was hoping to get an idea of when it was made and is it sterling or plated?
Hi there and thanks for joining us. It is silver plated (if it were sterling, the mark would say “Sterling”) and was probably made between the end of WW2 and 1961 when the Wilcox International mark was changed to Webster-Wilcox. Prior to WW2 the mark was in a circular or oval design.
