Wine funnel hallmarks

Hi

This is a rather worn wine funnel.

The hallmarks on the strainer are very rubbed. I am guessing they might mean London 1784. Is this correct?

The ones on the spout are much better but there are no hallmarks for town or year.

Would you take for granted that the spout was made the same year as the strainer?

It does look like Hester Bateman, London 1784, and likely both pieces were made the same year, although no 100% guarantee
