Yet another 'Need help with hallmarks' post!

Hello everyone,

I have a nurses watch but I have no idea what the date mark means.

It is marked with the london assay office, but the only date mark like the one on the watch is a Birmingham one?!

The watch is also marked with LS (Looks like the Leon Steiner one, but it is not stamped too well on one side.)

There is also the .925 mark.

Any help to what the date mark means, would be much appreciated.

Looks like the London date mark for 1938 which is an upper case C in a square punch with cut corners.

That second mark is a London import mark.
