Silver plate on copper kettle?

I have a silver plate on copperI have a silver plate on copper? kettle. Quite ornately engraved.

I think it UK manufactured about c188s? It is monogrammed one looks like and ‘R’ and other is floral/ leaf like with each leaf like engraving going into different directions.

(on copper?) kettle thinkit is English and c1880 unsure. Also unsure if it worthmuch, or if was manufctured in the UK.
